2. Return and Refund Policy
A transaction may be canceled from the day the transaction is made until 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receiving the document detailing the transaction terms (“Disclosure Document”), whichever is later. For remote sales transactions conducted with a consumer who is a person with disabilities, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, the consumer may cancel the transaction within four months from the transaction date, the product receipt date, or the Disclosure Document receipt date, provided that the transaction included a conversation between the business and the consumer, including electronic communication.
A cancellation notice can be submitted via email at: info@goroodo.com. The cancellation notice, whether verbal or written, must include the customer’s name, identification number, and order number.
In the event of cancellation not due to a defect or discrepancy, the consumer’s money will be refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation notice, minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 100$, whichever is lower. This excludes express shipping costs (up to 5 days). If possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging. The company may claim damages if the product’s value has significantly decreased due to deterioration in its condition.
The right to cancel does not apply, among other things, to perishable goods and goods specially manufactured for the customer.
If the order is canceled due to a defect in the supplied product, a mismatch between the product/service and the details provided, non-delivery within the promised timeframe, or any other breach of the order by the company, the customer should immediately cancel the order using one of the aforementioned methods, and the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. The product will be returned to the company at the company’s expense.
In any case of cancellation, the consumer will receive a copy of the cancellation notice.
3. Purchasing on the Website

However, variations may occur due to graphic, technical, and screen resolution limitations. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify an order, provided the customer is notified before the delivery date. In case of cancellation, the customer will not be charged, and in case of modification, they will be charged according to the revised order.
Users of the site are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, or selling any information, software, products, or services obtained from this website.
C. Pricing and Payment Methods
Goroodo Mega Brand reserves the right to change product and service prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is the applicable price. Purchases can be made via online order submission with secure credit card processing or by contacting a customer service representative during business hours (Sunday-Thursday: 10:00-16:00). Transactions can only be completed using Visa, MasterCard, or Isracard credit cards.
The company reserves the right to conduct promotions, offer discounts, and provide benefits at its discretion. Promotions and benefits are not cumulative unless explicitly stated otherwise.
